Big Data for Managed Travel Professionals - A BATM market research

At the BATM Educational Forum “Making Travel Data Smarter: Where are we now?” held on June 4, 2018 at the Park Inn by Radisson in Leuven, we deep-dived into the Big Data Revolution and the impact on the Business Travel space.

During the forum a survey was conducted among the business travel professionals who attended the event (e.i. Buyers / Managed Travel Professionals and Suppliers representatives of the business travel industry) with the purpose to provide the basis for a BATM market research to establish the current position of Managed Travel Professionals in the Belgian market with regards to the potential of Big Data on their travel programs.
